2. The Web Administrator Way 1. Prepare a firmware from KQTEK.
2. Login in Web administrator of IP Phone or Gateway.
3. Choose "Management" option of left side of configuration screen.
4. Choose "HTTP Upgrade"
5. New Firmware Image: "Browse" (pick up a suitable firmware from your computer)
6. Press "Upgrade" button
7. Ctrl+F5
8. Please absolutely do not turn off power of equipments when you upgrade the firmware.

09. I only own a very bad internet bandwidth, Does these matters ?
No, The E(M)T-747 minimal upload/download speed requirements are only 30k/sec.
10. I use TTN ITSP, but E(M)T-747 seems to have problems to register the TTN SIP proxy ?
Make sure E(M)T-747 can access to internet.
1.Try to put twice Menu/ok button of E(M)T-747 and choose ping function to test 168.95.1.1 2. Configure as following Proxy Server : sip.ttn.net

Account Number: 070xxxxxxx
Password : xxxxxxxx If you can see all phone number on LCD screen. That mean the registry is successfully.

13. How to connect gateway
?
1. Please type #*110* on the keypad of E(M)T-747 to do Factory Default.
2. Connect RJ45 port of your computer to RJ45 WAN port of E (M)T-747.
3. Static IP of your computer. IP: 192.168.0.151
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
4. Ping 192.168.0.150, if you can receive "Reply" message from E(M)T-747.
5. Please type http://192.168. 0.150 in the web browser.
14. How to make an IP to IP call and perform voice quality test
?
1. Connect (RJ45 WAN port) of EG202 to the other (RJ45 WAN port) of E(M)T-747.
2. Press #*110* to execute factory default for two E(M)T-747.
You can see SIP (Proxy Off) on the LCD screen.

If you can see "Upgrade Fail" message on the LCD of IP phone.
Please follow up the following recovery procedure.
1. Create a TFTP server
2. Static TFTP server IP of your computer. IP: 192.168.0.250
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.254
3. Firmware name: "emg202s40.bin.gz"
4. Put firmware in your TFTP server.
5. Connect TFTP sever (RJ45 port) and IP Phone (RJ45 WAN port).
6. Power on IP Phone and start the recovery procedure automatically.
